We are writing to share an important update regarding your care at MedNOW Clinics – Wash Park.

Emily Ezra, FNP-C, will be departing MedNOW Clinics on September 11. We are grateful for the care, compassion, and dedication Emily has provided to our patients and wish her continued success in her next chapter.

As we prepare for this transition, we are pleased to welcome Devanith “Devany” Chavez, PA-C, who will be joining our Wash Park team as a new provider. We are confident that Devany will be a wonderful addition to our clinic and look forward to introducing her to our patients.

Meet Devanith “Devany” Chavez, PA-C

Devany earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Kansas State University, following her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Colorado Denver. She is passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care and helping patients achieve their long-term health goals.

Her clinical experience includes family medicine, emergency medicine, orthopedics, general surgery, pediatrics, and women's health, giving her a well-rounded approach to caring for patients of all ages. Devany believes that listening, education, and shared decision-making are the foundation of excellent healthcare, and she enjoys building lasting relationships with her patients.

As a bilingual provider fluent in English and Spanish, Devany is committed to making healthcare more accessible and ensuring every patient feels heard, understood, and respected.

Outside of the clinic, Devany enjoys staying active through fitness, spending time with her family, exploring Colorado, and continuing to expand her medical knowledge through lifelong learning.
