You may already know about the Colorado Patient Care Fund (CPCF), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded a few years ago by Dr. Nathaniel Moore to help Coloradans afford the medications, appointments, and equipment that keep them in care. After laying the groundwork in its early years, the Fund is now fully up and running — and welcoming both patients and supporters.

What’s new

• A refreshed website — a clearer, friendlier home for the Fund at coloradopatientcarefund.org

• A simpler application — patients can request support in about ten minutes, and a real person reviews every request

• More ways to give — one-time gifts, monthly giving, and employer matching, with every dollar going directly toward patient care

• Full transparency — financials, governance documents, and our first Annual Report are all available online

Many patients in our community face barriers that can quietly interrupt their care — a prescription that is out of reach this month, a co-pay they cannot manage, or a piece of durable medical equipment they need but cannot afford. CPCF was created to close those small but critical gaps.
