Tiffany Neary, MMS, PA-C, is a dual-trained Physician Assistant and Physical Therapist with over 30 years of healthcare experience across primary care, urgent care, orthopedics, and rehabilitation. She holds an MMS from Saint Francis University, a PA certification from Red Rocks Physician Assistant Program and a BSPT from the University of Colorado. She is licensed in Colorado, DEA-certified, and BLS-certified.
Combining medical diagnostics with movement science, Tiffany emphasizes joint mobility, injury recovery, preventive wellness, and inclusive care. Her clinical practice includes chronic disease management, Women’s Health, urgent care, outpatient orthopedics, chronic pain, joint and trigger point injections, medication-assisted treatment, gender-affirming hormonal care, and minor in-office procedures such as suturing, biopsies, and abscess drainages.
Tiffany is a Colorado native and loves the Colorado mountains, in all their seasons! She enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 grown kids, and extensive family, hiking, camping, ATVing, skiing, going to concerts, home remodeling, and riding her motorcycle.
