Michelle Hart is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly two decades of healthcare experience serving patients throughout the Denver metropolitan area. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Regis University and completed her Family Nurse Practitioner degree at the University of Colorado.
Michelle began her nursing career in 2007 and has spent many years caring for patients in some of the region’s most demanding clinical environments. As a Registered Nurse at Swedish Medical Center, she gained extensive experience in both the Neuro Intensive Care Unit and Level I Trauma Emergency Department, developing strong clinical expertise and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

She believes the foundation of excellent healthcare is built on collaboration, patient education, patience, and humor, empowering individuals to take an active role in their health and wellness.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, especially her 16 nieces and nephews. She also gives piano lessons, volunteers at a local food bank, and enjoys caring for her ever-growing collection of houseplants.
Michelle is excited to join the MEDNOW family and looks forward to establishing long-term relationships with both new and existing patients throughout the South Denver community. Her goal is to provide compassionate, comprehensive care while partnering with patients to help them achieve their health goals and improve their overall quality of life.
