Introducing Lakewood's New Provider
Introducing Ti Bui, FNP
We are excited to introduce Ti Bui, FNP, our newest provider at MedNOW Clinics.
Originally from Houston, Texas, Ti brings over five years of nursing experience in cardiology, medical-surgical, and transplant care.
Ti earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of the Incarnate Word and completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice, specializing in Family Practice, at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. Her passion lies in reducing preventable hospitalizations and empowering patients to take an active role in their health.
With a warm, collaborative approach, Ti prioritizes patient education and shared decision-making, ensuring every individual feels informed, supported, and at the center of their care.
She believes the best outcomes happen when your goals and preferences guide the care plan.
Outside the clinic, Ti enjoys golfing, hiking, and exploring new restaurants. She and her husband love spending time with their two Boston Terriers, Tofu and Po.
We look forward to everyone meeting Ti and experiencing her compassionate, patient-focused care firsthand. To schedule an appointment, please call us at (303) 985-1597, or you can book online by using the link on our website!
At MedNOW Clinics, we understand that choosing a healthcare provider is one of the most important decisions you make for yourself and your family . That is why we want to take a moment to share how MedNOW differs from larger health systems —and why more patients are choosing personalized care in a smaller, more connected setting. Unlike large hospital networks, MedNOW does not charge facility fees, which can add hundreds of dollars to your bill for a simple visit. These fees are often added by hospitals and larger systems simply because your visit took place in one of their buildings—not because you received any extra care. At MedNOW, you pay only for the care you receive, with no hidden charges. Beyond affordability, MedNOW offers the kind of personal, accessible care that is harder to find in large systems. Our providers take the time to truly know you, understand your health goals, and support your care over time. You will find easier appointment scheduling, shorter waiting times, and staff who recognize your name when you walk in the door. We believe that healthcare should be high-quality, transparent, and patient-focused—and that is exactly what you will find at MedNOW. Thank you for trusting us with your care.

Hey Y’all After 39 years of practicing medicine and serving my patients with dedication and compassion, I am writing to formally announce my retirement, effective October 20, 2025. This decision did not come easily. Practicing medicine has been one of the greatest honors of my life. I have been privileged to work alongside some of the most talented, kind, and committed professionals in the field, and I will be grateful for the relationships I have built with colleagues, patients, and the medical community. Thanks for your stories. Romancing them has kept me up at night. You have brought adventure, entertainment, enrichment, a wide variety of educational experiences, and fulfillment to my being. I have watched your kids grow up, and now your grandkids...and your dogs, birds, and pigs. I have had 10 extra exciting scribe-powered years. Thanks, Ian, Jimmy, Moriah, Georgia, and Uyen, for expanding my knowledge exponentially. Now let’s go out and make this a kinder, more tolerant, less blamey, more generous and understanding world. Together, we can do it. We must. I remain committed to ensuring a smooth and seamless transition. I am happy to assist in any way needed during this process and am confident in the care you will receive with Dr Mahkameh Tracy, Melissa Wescott, NP, and Pushpa Rauniyar, NP. Thank you for your unwavering support, friendship, and shared commitment to healing. Warm regards, Dr. Jennifer Arnold, MD
