Dr. Arnold's Retirement

A Letter From Dr. Arnold

Hey Y’all

After 39 years of practicing medicine and serving my patients with dedication and compassion, I am writing to formally announce my retirement, effective October 20, 2025.

This decision did not come easily. Practicing medicine has been one of the greatest honors of my life. I have been privileged to work alongside some of the most talented, kind, and committed professionals in the field, and I will be grateful for the relationships I have built with colleagues, patients, and the medical community.

Thanks for your stories. Romancing them has kept me up at night. You have brought adventure, entertainment, enrichment, a wide variety of educational experiences, and fulfillment to my being. I have watched your kids grow up, and now your grandkids...and your dogs, birds, and pigs. I have had 10 extra exciting scribe-powered years. Thanks, Ian, Jimmy, Moriah, Georgia, and Uyen, for expanding my knowledge exponentially.

Now let’s go out and make this a kinder, more tolerant, less blamey, more generous and understanding world. Together, we can do it. We must.

I remain committed to ensuring a smooth and seamless transition. I am happy to assist in any way needed during this process and am confident in the care you will receive with Dr Mahkameh Tracy, Melissa Wescott, NP, and Pushpa Rauniyar, NP.

Thank you for your unwavering support, friendship, and shared commitment to healing.

Warm regards,
Dr. Jennifer Arnold, MD
