Myers Cocktail – Immunity and Vitamin Boost: fight off the flu, colds, stomach bugs, hangovers, fatigue, and migraines. Includes the Vitamin B Complex, Vitamin B12, Glutathione, Vitamin C, Magnesium, and Zinc.
NAD – Energy Boost: feel an immediate increase in your overall energy. NAD can also help to reduce pain, improve cognitive function, and help with weight management. NAD is a molecule used in the body’s Kreb’s Cycle to create energy within all of your cells.
Saline – Rehydration: From the inside out, a saline IV helps to increase the amount of fluid brought into each cell in the body. Saline has levels of sodium and chlorine in it that are higher than the normal levels of blood, resulting in the ultimate hydration boost. Great for hangovers and altitude sickness!

Botox and Dermal Fillers at Denver and Aurora
MedNOW has been offering Botox injections for years, but now you can schedule at both Denver and Aurora locations!
In addition, we are now offering dermal fillers (Juvederm Vollure, Voluma) as well. There are certain areas of the face where Botox is not used because of the specific anatomy beneath the skin. Botox is great for those forehead wrinkle lines and crow’s feet, but laugh lines around the mouth are actually caused from volume loss. The best way to make these lines disappear is with dermal fillers!

Dr. Arnold's Retirement

Hey Y’all After 39 years of practicing medicine and serving my patients with dedication and compassion, I am writing to formally announce my retirement, effective October 20, 2025. This decision did not come easily. Practicing medicine has been one of the greatest honors of my life. I have been privileged to work alongside some of the most talented, kind, and committed professionals in the field, and I will be grateful for the relationships I have built with colleagues, patients, and the medical community. Thanks for your stories. Romancing them has kept me up at night. You have brought adventure, entertainment, enrichment, a wide variety of educational experiences, and fulfillment to my being. I have watched your kids grow up, and now your grandkids...and your dogs, birds, and pigs. I have had 10 extra exciting scribe-powered years. Thanks, Ian, Jimmy, Moriah, Georgia, and Uyen, for expanding my knowledge exponentially. Now let’s go out and make this a kinder, more tolerant, less blamey, more generous and understanding world. Together, we can do it. We must. I remain committed to ensuring a smooth and seamless transition. We want to inform you that Katherine Kennedy, PA, will be departing MedNOW Clinics. Katherine has been a valued member of our team, providing exceptional, patient-centered care during her tenure with us. While we are sad to see her go, we are grateful for the positive impact she has made on our patients and staff alike. To ensure continuity of care, Katherine’s patients will be transitioning to Dr. Jeffrey Galloway, DO, a board-certified family medicine physician who shares Katherine’s commitment to personalized, comprehensive care. Dr. Galloway completed his medical education at Rocky Vista University in Parker, Colorado, and earned a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of North Texas. Originally from Texas, he chose family medicine to build lasting relationships with his patients and provide care that makes a meaningful impact over time. He is excited to begin seeing patients and looks forward to supporting your health journey. His interests include weightlifting, hiking, and enjoying time at the dog park with his dog, Loki. Alex is a board-certified physician assistant with a passion for individualized, compassionate care and a strong commitment to helping patients feel heard, empowered, and supported throughout their health journeys. Alex enjoys working with patients to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions. She emphasizes clear communication and transparency as the foundation for building trust and providing high-quality, patient-centered care. She earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Integrative Physiology from the University of Colorado Boulder, where she was consistently recognized on the dean’s list for academic excellence. A Colorado native from Castle Rock, Alex shares a deep appreciation for our state's natural beauty. She is a professional-level mountain biker and enjoys snowboarding and rock climbing. Her love for the outdoors and dedication to volunteer work reflect her well-rounded approach to wellness, both inside and outside the clinic.
