While most people are only sick for a few days before they get better, some people can get very sick and stay sick for a long time, even people who are in perfect health. The best way to fight against this disease is to receive your annual flu shot. Flu shots are safe, quick, easy, and an important step in keeping yourself healthy during the flu season.
